Join **Jumping Jacqz**, co-founder of the vibrant local Jump Rope Vancouver community, for a fun and high-energy workshop! Whether you’re just getting started with jump rope, have jump roped before or are ready to level up even further, in this workshop you'll receive: expert guidance, personalized attention, and take-home skills that you need to make jump rope a fun, effective part of your cardio routine. Wherever you are in your fitness journey, you’ll leave with new skills unlocked and key jump rope fitness techniques to carry into 2025—and beyond!              

 

### **Agenda**              

* **1:30 – 1:50 PM** - Warm-Up & Jump Rope form, basics & finding your flow * **1:50 – 2:30 PM** - Footwork & Arm Skills: How to learn any skill & unlock a couple moves * **2:30 – 2:50 PM** - Combo Time: Blend skills together and have fun as you challenge yourself      * **2:50 – 3:00 PM** - Cool Down: Next steps and tips to build on your progress

* **All levels are welcome!** Whether you’re new or experienced, this workshop is personalized to your goals. * **Need a rope?** Let me know, and I’ll bring extras, or I can share where to grab your own. * **Yoga mat?** Bring one if you want—it’s optional for a little extra comfort. * **We won’t be jumping the whole time.** You’ll build skills gradually with breaks in between. * **Small group format** for personalized coaching. * **Adaptations available:** I’ve got 10 years of jumping experience and a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology, so I’ll help with injury prevention, low-impact variations, and stamina-building tips. * **Fun music** to keep the energy up throughout the session. * **Rain or shine:** We’ll be outdoors but fully covered from in case of rain. (Dress in layers!) * **Take-home skills:** You’ll leave with new techniques to practice on your own—perfect for your own HIIT workouts and travel fitness!
